I am fascinated by the relationship between nature and supernature and the effect their coexistence has on my life.

The human spirit and the Source from which it comes, moves and inspires me. It gifts us with so many powerful traits. Along with our capacity for Love, I am often drawn to explore our ability to endure, surpass and transform seeming adversity. I strive to capture glimpses of the essence of these processes in my art.

I consider the mixed media approach I have with my artwork as mostly self taught. However, my early background is in fashion illustration and book illustration, which I studied in Glasgow and Edinburgh. I am presently living and working in the Beautiful Borders of Bonnie Scotland. Long may it stay that way…
